With the growth of BEST Robotics, leadership (led by MaryLou Ewald and George Blanks at Auburn University) decided it was time for us to have a national conference and bring all our volunteers and teachers together for an incredible training experience. And boy was it ever incredible! The conference was held in 2009 and again in 2011 at Auburn University. It included participation by hub volunteers and teachers and was a great time of networking, training and discussion. Below is the actual website for the 2011 conference complete with the details.
All materials were developed and presented by BEST volunteers. Many of the presentations from the conferences are still very applicable today. You can find some of these presentations at the bottom of this page.
